You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. All content on this Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Galaxy Metro or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Galaxy Metro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
